Branson Live Entertainment Branson is dedicated to live entertainment, and hosts more than 50 tours, usually musical — you can enjoy them in theaters or showboats. This city has much more than just live entertainment, however, and has set itself up to capture as much of the tourist interest as possible. Small City, Big Reputation Branson is a small city with a big reputation as a venue for live shows, many of them for touring musicians of all different kinds. The city has specialised in attracting these tours, and offers them as entertainment in a whole variety of different settings, some outdoors, some on riverboats and some in traditional theaters. The city has also added many different activities to this entertainment, mainly theme park and outdoor sport based, so that tourists will have plenty to do during from morning until night.
Activity All the Year Round With a permanent population of around 6,500, Branson is a small community, but it offers accommodation to more than 500,000 visitors during the year. The weather is warm in summer and cool in winter, with not too much rainfall and the kind of climate that allows you to do outdoor activities in season.
